Annual Report

The Commission also publishes an annual report, which is released in the first quarter of the calendar year.  Annual reports may be obtained by contacting the Commission office in writing or by calling (415) 557-1200.

Informational Pamphlet

The Commission publishes an Informational Pamphlet, which provides an overview of the Commission's authority and jurisdiction.

Summary of Discipline Statistics       1990-1999

The Commission has published a report providing statistical information on the incidence of discipline as related to factors such as the judge's age, the number of years of judicial service, the size of the judge's court, the judge's disciplinary history, whether the judge was initially appointed or elected to office, and the type of misconduct for which the judge was disciplined.  A copy of the report may be obtained by calling the Commission office.  See [ REPORT ].
