Public Decisions Database

Lists of decisions on public disciplinary matters can be accessed by judge’s name Decisions by Judge’s Name or by discipline type Decisions by Type of Discipline.

Public decisions issued by the Supreme Court or the commission can also be searched through the Public Decisions Database using one or more of the following fields: judge’s name, date of decision, type of disposition, type of misconduct, county or court level.  Each decision has a case profile with information about the case and a link to the case decision.  For cases in which formal proceedings were instituted, the case profile also has links to the notice of charges and the judge’s answer.
